How can we keep our prices so low? We purchase our building supplies through liquidations, buy backs, overstocks, factory overruns and other similar buying opportunities. Some of the building supplies we stock are one time only purchases while others are always available. Our prices are cheap but, our building supplies aren’t. Just because you won’t pay a lot for your supplies doesn’t mean you aren’t getting quality materials. While we can’t tell you the actual brand names of some of our supplies here on the website we can tell you that we carry a lot of the same names and supplies as the BIG building centers.
